I've been craving pumpkin muffins lately. I had planned on baking them from scratch but found a pumkin bread mix at the store and thougt that would be so fast. Fast is not always such a great thing; they are not very good. I guess I should slow down and bake them right. Oh, they are OK but just not like homemade. When I do make them from scratch, I'll share the recipe. Of course I'll eat one first to make sure it's good and not icky. LOL
